Service training for technicians or for the technically qualified and interested staff of our distribution partners
This concept is surely exemplary. In order to keep the turnaround times for repairs as short as possible for the end user; especially for repairs abroad or even overseas, primarily the duration of import or export of the devices to be repaired must be omitted. To achieve this purpose, it must be ensured that our distribution partners send a competent staff member for the service training to Unitronic in Germany.
This service training is provided by us free of charge.
Our partners will be familiarised with repair procedures within approx. 2 days so that they will be able to carry out all service and repair work locally on the devices they distribute.
A special tool kit, an extensive supply of spare parts and illustrated instructions are provided by us.
